  • Digital Advertising and Strategy

Each project or campaign will be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

3. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the proposal or invoice.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated.

  • Any delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Taxes and transaction fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, timely, and complete information required for project execution.

  • Approving designs, campaigns, or deliverables within the agreed timeline.

  • Obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for materials (e.g., logos, content, images) provided to Taskraft Agency.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All creative concepts, designs, and strategies remain the intellectual property of Taskraft Agency until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (excluding raw files, software, or third-party materials) will be transferred to the client.

  • Taskraft Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects for portfolio, case study, or marketing purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as per the service agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the agency’s standard hourly or project rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taskraft Agency will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., hosting failures, third-party platform issues).
    Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

  • If termination occurs before project completion, the client will be invoiced for all completed work up to the termination date.

  • Prepaid deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, software, or platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, WordPress) to deliver certain services. Taskraft Agency is not responsible for changes, errors, or downtime caused by these third-party providers.

11. Modifications to Terms

Taskraft Agency reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
